When will my order be shipped?
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of order.
What type of shipping is available?
We have a fixed shipping fee of $15.00 per order (Australia) and $30.00 per order (New Zealand)
Orders are dispatched from us via Australia Post, Toll Priority and Australia Post International (New Zealand orders) The approximate delivery times are:
ACT : 4 business days
NSW : 4 business days
NT : 5-6 business days
QLD : 3-4 business days
SA : 2-3 business days
TAS : 3-4 business days
VIC : 2 business days
WA : 5-7 business days
NZ : 7 - 10 business days
Are any items damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition?
Please email us as email@example.com, including your order number and contact details so we can get back to you quickly.
Want to return something?
Please choose your items carefully - we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order.
To return an item, please contact us via our Contact form or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so our warehouse team is aware of your returned item.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept retuns of co-branded items.
Please include a copy of the despatch slip that was included with your order for refrence.
Once approved for return we will credit your customer account for use next time you use www.boschstore.com.au. We only offer refunds to your credit card or Paypal account if the product supplied is faulty. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For all clothing orders, please choose your sizing carefully prior to submitting your order as the Bosch Car Service eMerch Store does not accept responsibility for incorrect size or any other incorrect selections.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of workwear of custom size or style (stout, long or with custom embroidery).
